I had a very great experience dealing with redtag and mattress on 1960. The person I deal with name was Emily and she was excellent in helping us make decisions on the beds to purchase for my two sons. She even helped me get me a new bed by offering a discount on the type of bed I wanted. She made everything work within my price range I am beyond ecstatic and satisfied with my new purchase and would give Emily five stars. Would recommend to anyone.

We walked in and right away someone was there to take of us. The prices are reasonable and quality is great. At the time we were looking for a couch and got it delivered to us on the same day. Definitely would come back if I need any more furniture

The experience was perfect. Emily knew what I wanted and even got us delivery for free. I was on the market for a new mattress and box spring. We went with a cooling gel memory foam mattress and a remote controlled box spring with almost all the bells and whistles. My wife and I will be going back ince its tine for a new piece of furniture PERIOD!!

I got a great custom built sofa for a surprisingly affordable price. The service when I ordered at the store was excellent. They are really nice people and were very helpful working with me to go over the many options they offer and make sure I got what I wanted.

The only problem was that it took much longer than expected to be finished. I was told when I placed the order it would be about 10 days, but it took 20. Nobody communicated with me about the delay, and I had to call four times to get any information. They kept telling me they would call me back but never would. I finally did get the sofa, but I was worried about it for a while.

We walked in looking for a some furniture. We were greeted immediately. The store is well cleaned and maintained. We found what we were looking for. The customer service was phenomenal. The best service I ever had I will definitely go back and buy more furniture from there and recommend friends and family to purchase there.

Their customer service was very attentive and helpful, but not pushy. Hilda was our salesperson and she went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. We ended up buying bedding and from the time of purchase to delivery to our home was only approximately 40 minutes. They answered our questions thoroughly about all the products viewed. The delivery guys were very cordial and professional, they even helped us move our old bedding to another room. Highly recommend them and will definitely be back!
